Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I book for courses?
    You can easily book places on any of the courses via our website, over the telephone, through our Facebook page or in person. We take all major credit and debit cards, paypal or cash. All places need to be booked and paid for in advance to guarantee a place. We are limited to 10 students per session but if we have enough interest in a course then we will do our best to open an extra session. The courses cannot run with less that 3 students and if this happens and we have to cancel a course then a full refund will be given.
  • What is the access like to your studio?
    We are based at the top of a metal staircase so please be aware of this when booking. We do however have free parking next to the studio.
  • How do I pay for classes?
    Payments are made at the beginning of each month to cover the full month (or part of) If you know you are going to be away then please adjust payments accordingly and let me know the dates you can't attend If you are ill and can't attend then please let me know as soon as possilbe and a credit will be given for the following month If you don't notify me that you can't attend then full payment will be taken for that session. If you are struggling to pay a full month in advance then I'm happy to discuss alternatives, however if you are paying weekly and do not let me know that you won't be attending then this will no longer be an option. If there is a group that has a waiting list and you or your child are not attending regularly (at least twice a month) I may offer the place to others on the list. Payments can be made at the studio either in cash or with card payments or through the bank
