Our Studio
Welcome to Art Smart. My name is Lynn Adams and I've worked as a professional artist, illustrator and teacher for many, many years. I'm a fully qualified Primary School teacher and have taught in primary, secondary, alternative provision as well as teaching adults.
I believe that we can all make art, we just need to find out what we enjoy and what we want to achieve and here at Art Smart I want to teach all my students to believe in themselves and to, most of all, have fun.
I want to offer the courses that you want to see and I'm open to all ideas and suggestions. Our lovely new studio has space for upto 14 students. This will ensure that all students get individual attention and support but also allow us all to share ideas and thoughts.
I am also a trained Arts Award advisor and can offer courses for Discover, Explore, Bronze and Silver Awards.
We are located at 33-35 Cartergate Newark NG24 1UA - Parking is available nearby on London Road and St Marks Square.
